Trained at the Courtauld Institute of Art, Jenny has spent her working life restoring and conserving paintings.

As Jenny Archbold, she worked at the National Portrait Gallery for thirty years and has also done freelance work for the Royal Academy of Arts, the Royal Collection and a number of other distinguished private collections. This has given her a special insight into artists' techniques, which she puts into practice using a variety of media including watercolour, gouache, oils, charcoal and pastel.

She now concentrates mainly on portraiture but also turns her hand to landscape and still life.

Commissions undertaken from life or from photographs.
